across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

The majority of our staff have dedicated their lives to working with those with a disability, and majority have a personal connection to disability and what it’s like to live with a disability or care for someone that does. Instead of listing our

New Directions Mission Statement: Our mission is a simple one. We are local and will be staying local. We want the highest quality of support for all our clients and their families. We are a company that is embraced and loved equally by our staff and our clients.
This company represents what the NDIS is about, it is the people’s scheme not providers!
We are a big part of the scheme, but at New Directions we do not forget that it is the people who fought very hard for it and rely on it every day!
There are times where we may not get it right, but we will always be ready to put up
our hand and be transparent with you. We will admit fault where needed and aim to
just improve and improve! We have some of the most wonderfully experienced and
knowledgeable staff that collectively have been working in the field for literally 100’s
of years. Long before the NDIS was even an idea.
We are proud to come to work everyday and continue to deliver on high quality services that change people’s lives. We are incredibly lucky to do what we do, and we don’t take that for granted for a moment!
